Infrared or a traditional heater

An infrared panel is the daily heater: direct warmth, a silent face, a clean outline, and less drying than a fan heater. A traditional electric heater is the fast one: it warms the air, it moves from room to room, and it covers a cold evening.

Many homes keep both. The panel holds the room. The portable heater covers a guest room or a desk for an hour.
